Port of Long Beach

The Port of Long Beach must align its actions with its commitments. In order to achieve the goals of the San Pedro Bay Ports Clean Air Action Plan, the Port must end investments in new fossil fuel projects, including LNG, and focus on developing renewable energy infrastructure and zero-emission fuel bunkering.

Port of Singapore

The Maritime Singapore Decarbonization Blueprint: Working Towards 2050 sets out the Port’s strategy for net zero emissions by 2050. To align with a 1.5 degree scenario, the MPA should target zero emissions by 2040, prioritizing development of its zero-emission fuel bunkering capacity and supply and abandoning LNG.

Port of Santos

The Port of Santos is the largest port in Latin America and needs a jumpstart in the transition to zero-emission shipping. To support the country’s BR do Mar project and shipping decarbonization, the Port must prioritize the development of infrastructure for renewable electrification and zero-emission bunkering.

Port of Vancouver

The Port of Vancouver is party to one of the most ambitious port commitments on zero-emission shipping: the Northwest Ports Clean Air Strategy, which aims to eliminate port-related emissions by 2050. By prioritizing the transition to 100% renewable electricity at its port and bunkering for zero-emission fuels, the Port could accelerate its ambition to zero emissions by 2040.

Oslo Havn

The Port of Oslo has an ambitious vision to become one of the world’s first emissions-free ports, with a goal to reduce total CO2 emissions 85% by 2030. To achieve this goal, it must prioritize policies that mandate shore power for all vessels at berth and phase out fossil fuels from all vessel types that call its port.
